Refund Policy

Everything VibeForge sells is a digital product delivered instantly: generation credits and access to download AI-generated launch-kit files. Because generation costs us real money the moment it runs, refunds depend on whether what you bought has been used.

Credit packs

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the credits from that purchase are still unused. If you have spent part of the pack, we refund pro-rata for the credits still sitting in your wallet. Credits themselves never expire, so there is no deadline to use them — only to request a refund.

Kit unlock ($9.99)

A kit unlock is a one-time purchase per kit that immediately removes watermarks and enables the full-resolution ZIP download. Once you have downloaded the unlocked assets the purchase is consumed and is not refundable. If you have not downloaded anything, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.

Premium — Lifetime ($199)

Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase, never a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. We refund it in full within 14 days provided the 500 included credits are unused and you have not downloaded unlocked assets from any kit.

Failed generations

Credits are only debited after an image is successfully produced. If a generation fails you are not charged. If you were ever charged for something that did not deliver, tell us and we will restore the credits immediately — that is a fix, not a refund request.

How to request a refund

Email support@vibeforge.app from your account address with your purchase date and what you bought. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
